Partners
Every conversation with potential partners has deepened our confidence that there is genuine community appetite for what Crossroads represents. These creative alliances and numerous others reaffirm our strong belief that something truly great can happen here.
KPFA, one of the Bay Area’s most historically influential, socially and culturally engaged, and longest running radio stations, has come aboard as a key media partner, along with providing us access to the vast rare recording collection of the Pacifica Radio Archives to further enrich our programs and exhibits.
Nugs, the premier national concert streaming platform, long headquartered here in the city, has partnered with us to webcast Heart of Town, our branded weekly performance series akin to NPR’s Tiny Desk concerts, showcasing high-profile touring musicians live from here in the Haight.
SFPL is nationally recognized for its innovations around inclusion, public access, and civic programming. Its media and learning initiatives, including youth-oriented spaces such as The Mix, align closely with Crossroads’ Community Learning Lab. Where Crossroads will create and present new culture, the Library will play a complementary role in preserving, organizing, interpreting, and democratizing access to the cultural record.
A groundbreaking live music discovery platform covering virtually every genre, JamBase has been enthusiastically spreading the word to ardent fans for nearly 30 years. With deep roots in San Francisco, they will be a perfect partner to share Crossroads programming with music communities far and wide.
